The 2012 People’s Choice Awards nominees were announced yesterday with HBO receiving three nominations.
The epic drama Game of Thrones has been nominated for ‘Favourite Cable TV Drama’ after only its first season. True Blood has received two nominations, one also for ‘Favourite Cable TV Drama’ and the other for ‘Favourite Sci-Fi Fantasy Show’.
The People’s Choice Awards nominees and winners are voted on entirely by the public, and voting to determine the winners is open until December 6th. Winners will be announced during the live telecast from the Nokia Theater L.A. Live on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012 on the CBS Television Network.
